CORE RESPONSABILITIES:

Model-Based Systems Engineering
• Develop and maintain system models covering architecture, behaviour, interfaces, and operational scenarios using Capella, Cameo, and SysML.
• Translate system requirements into structured and consistent models, ensuring full traceability across requirements, architecture, and behavioural elements.
• Perform functional and behavioural analyses, including modelling of failure modes and degradation scenarios at system level.
• Ensure model coherence, quality, and alignment with project objectives and applicable engineering standards.

Project Integration and Technical Collaboration
• Contribute to requirements reviews, technical workshops, and clarification sessions with internal teams and customers.
• Translate stakeholder needs into structured modelling artefacts and MBSE configurations.
• Support the delivery of technical documentation derived from system models.

Methodology Application
• Apply established MBSE methodologies and internal modelling guidelines within project environments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of modelling practices and internal templates.

COMPLEMENTARY RESPONSABILITIES

Metamodel Extension and Advanced Customisation
• Contribute to the extension and adaptation of Capella- and SysML-based metamodels according to project needs.
• Support the evolution of internal SysML profiles, modelling libraries, and reusable assets.

RAMS Engineering Support
• Apply RAMS fundamentals within a model-based context.
• Contribute to preliminary safety and reliability analyses supported by system models.
• Support the preparation of RAMS-related technical documentation.

Digital Engineering Tool Development
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal digital engineering tools.
• Support backend (Java, Python), frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript), and data management activities where relevant.
• Collaborate in API integration and DevOps-related activities for MBSE tool environments.

Tool Monitoring and Service Improvement
• Contribute to monitoring, performance evaluation, and robustness improvement of internal digital engineering services.

Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and interns on modelling practices.
• Contribute to knowledge dissemination initiatives and technical communication activities.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Systems Engineering and/or MBSE within aerospace or other complex engineering domains.

Practical experience developing system models using MBSE tools such as Capella, Cameo, or equivalent, and working knowledge of SysML.
• Experience translating requirements into system architecture, functional decomposition, behavioural models, and interface definitions. Understanding of requirements management and bidirectional traceability between requirements, architecture, and verification artefacts.

Experience performing functional analysis at system level, including modelling of operational scenarios and degraded modes.
• Ability to work effectively and autonomously on defined technical work packages within multidisciplinary engineering environments, and to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to model consistency and engineering rigour.
• Professional-level English proficiency, both written and spoken, suitable for collaboration with international clients and partners.

Nice to have:
• Previous experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, or other safety-critical or highly regulated domains.
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering and aerospace standards (e.g., INCOSE Systems Engineering Handbook, NASA Systems Engineering Handbook, ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178, DO-254, ECSS)
• Exposure to RAMS engineering activities, including safety assessments, reliability analysis, or model-based safety analysis approaches.
• Experience extending or customising SysML profiles, Capella viewpoints, or metamodel elements.
• Knowledge of SysML v2 concepts and emerging model-based engineering standards.
• Experience contributing to the development or integration of digital engineering tools (e.g., scripting, Python, Java, TypeScript, API integration).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, model version control strategies, or collaborative modelling environments.
• Interest in digital transformation of engineering processes and continuous improvement of MBSE methodologies.

What we offer:

• Participation in leading international  programs.
• Performance-based evaluation in different projects, including bonuses.
• Excellent salary conditions, commensurate with experience.
• 40-hour work week.
• Permanent contract.
• Highly motivating work environment.
• Being part of the company’s growth and expansion. Significant opportunities for professional growth due to the company’s rapid expansion.
