Main responsibilities:
- Electrical wiring and harness design implementation with Capital Logic.
- Electrical systems design and requirements definition, in-service problem investigation and rectification, testing, validation and certification.
- Develop systems requirement documents and certification engineering reports.
- Technical & program lead of electrical projects for both, new development and modifications.
- Manage system and equipment suppliers including specification of technical requirements, supplier selection, design reviews and component qualification testing.
Required qualifications and experience:
- University Degree in electrical/electronic or aerospace engineering.
- 3+ years experience as an electrical system integration engineer in the aerospace sector.
- Experience designing and developing the electrical systems using Capital Logic Schematics and Wiring Diagrams.
- Working knowledge of FAA/EASA certification requirements, as well as DO-160, DO-311, DO-178, DO-254 and ARP4754.
- Experience working and dealing with Electrical Systems suppliers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure correct prioritization of tasks to meet a set schedule.
- Self-starter with the ability to work under challenging timescales in a dynamic and responsive environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural team.
- English proficiency required, German a plus.
- EWIS and EMC knowledge is an advantage.
