Main responsibilities:
- Support cybersecurity for the development and certification of aircraft systems
- Prepare the Plan for Security Aspects of Certification (PSecAC) and present it to the Certification Authorities
- Define the Security Scope and perform the Security Risk Assessment incl. Security requirements definition (SAL)
- Support the Security Development with security architecture concept, security measures and the security effectiveness assurance with preparation of penetration tests and analysis of the results
- Support discussions with Certification Authorities and Suppliers
- Continued Airworthiness of Cyber Security aspects like assessment of new vulnerabilities and definition of corrective actions
Required qualifications and experience:
- A degree in aerospace engineering or electronics/software engineering
- Knowledge in Guidance on Security Event Management (EUROCAE ED-206) would be an advantage
- Experience using ED-202A, ED-203A, ED-204A to develop and certify systems on civil aircraft Part 25 or Part 23 as well as security threats analysis methods and tools
- Desired experience in design of airborne avionics (AEH or critical software applications) and in Computer networks architectures along with communication protocols
- Ability to prioritise tasks and flexible in your approach
- Work and find solutions autonomously
- Open to teamwork and communication within the company and other involved parties
- Professional proficiency in English
